Unlike books where authors self-promote their therapeutic secrets, this one takes a different path. Through insightful data interpretation, it reveals fresh insights into healing the Muslim soul, addressing pain, and navigating identity loss.

From: Ayishah ( author)

Do you dream of moving forward in life, leaving behind past resentments, jealousies, misunderstandings, and grudges? Perhaps you've tried mainstream approaches without success and now want to rely solely on the healing principles of Islam.

Maybe your aspiration is to become an Islamic therapist like I did, confident in integrating Quran, Sunnah, and Tawheed principles into your own journey of self-development and professional work with clients.

Are you tired of watching others find peace and serenity, knowing that you have the most powerful tools in the world in the Quran and Sunnah but lack the therapeutic language to use them effectively? Maybe you've even tried Islamic therapy in the form of ruqya or hijama and found yourself disheartened and disappointed with limited results.

It can be frustrating to hear advice from friends like "be patient," "make istighfar," or "pray more" because you know it strengthens your relationship with Allah but doesn't resolve your real personal issues. Perhaps you're crystal clear that what you truly desire is a strong relationship with God, yourself, and others.

You might already be following Muslim religious and spiritual influencers, r

eading their work, or contemplating deeply through taddabur. Still, it feels like there are missing pieces, especially in your understanding and ability to comprehend divine messages.

Regardless of your situation, one thing is certain: you're yearning for the right approach to your emotional and spiritual balance. You want a method that pleases your Lord, brings you closer to the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and is clinically tested, effective, and applicable to the therapeutic needs of the 21st century.

I want you to understand one thing right now—you're not alone in this !

It is not your fault!

Until now, you may not have been familiar with the formulas, principles, pillars, and laws that govern Islamic Psychology. But this lack of knowledge does not reflect your integrity, intentions, or intelligence. It simply means there's room for you to learn and grow, to become better and more informed.

The actual issue is that you haven't yet learned what even the professional bodies may not know or might not be willing to acknowledge—an integrative and holistic approach to healing aligned with Tawheed principles and a halal methodology

The good news is that I am going to guide you on a journey to raise your inner awareness, alongside fostering God-consciousness and ensuring that you honor the rights of those around you while setting healthy boundaries for your own developmental needs.

You don't need to start from scratch; I'm here to build upon the knowledge that already resides within you. Step by step, page by page, chapter by chapter, I will reveal exactly who you are and how to harness your strengths, address your weaknesses, navigate your environment, and handle the influences that inevitably shape your journey

THE BOTTOM LINE IS - self-healing becomes much easier when you understand the formulas, especially the five pillars of Islamic psychospiritual approach to Afiya.

I'm a realist. The truth is that most Muslims don't realize that the best Islamic theorists may not be accessible for various reasons—time constraints, geographical limitations, and financial barriers, to name a few. And for many, why would they even dream of changing the world when even greater sages and prophets couldn't?

I also understand that I can't work with each of you one-on-one, nor can I accommodate you all in my group coaching experience. However, what I can do is come into your homes and take residence on your bookshelves. I can plant seeds of hope, resilience, clarity, and care that will continue to grow within you

And as the seeds of your hard work begin to bear fruit, you may find my voice echoing in your mind, urging you to grow further, faster, and delve deeper into the realm of self-development with me. Perhaps you'll even consider becoming one of my course ambassadors—Inshallah!

Why I am doing this?

Before we dive in, I want to clarify something—I won't be sharing stories of how I've helped countless clients recover from a myriad of mental, spiritual, and somatic challenges, although I've worked with thousands of them. Instead, I'll let my colleagues, mentors, and even you, as a Muslim client, speak for the lessons I've learned about what works and what doesn't. Through thorough interviews conducted for this book, you'll gain insight into their experiences. But through my personal story you will understand why I needed to give them voice.

Allow me to explain why I'm on this journey with you today. When I was just 15 years old, I had a life-altering near-death experience. After a car accident, I felt my soul leave my body and enter a different realm. Upon returning, I embarked on a painful journey of physical recovery, healing my fractures, and piecing together my memories. This experience marked my initial conscious encounter with taffakur—contemplation on the meaning of life.

Not long after, I explored various religions, philosophies, and cultures, seeking answers. It was only when I stumbled upon the idea of becoming a Muslim that everything fell into place. Within Islam I found all the answers I sought regarding existentialism. I reconnected with the same serenity, love, and acceptance that I had encountered in that otherworldly realm, all while still a teenager.

It was during this time that I made a solemn promise to myself: I would carry this message forward. After a decade of being a counselor, a student of knowledge, and a psychology researcher, I am now presenting to you my shortcut.
