Self-Development Community in the Light of Quranic Psychology

Are you ready to draw closer to the Quran?

  • Secret #1: Transforming Tadabbur into a Tool for Soul Healing and Mental Well-being: Learn how an intimate connection with the Quran can become a powerful developmental and spiritual tool in your life, enabling you to re-evaluate your beliefs and potentially overcome generational or cultural traumas that hold you back from reaching your highest potential (Ihsan) in relationships with others, yourself, and your God.

  • Secret #2: Deep Understanding of Tafsir and Tadabbur:

Immerse yourself in a group self-development journey based on the teachings of Quranic psychology, which goes beyond traditional understanding of the text, encouraging reflection (taffakur), strengthening of faith (Iman), and personal religious experience (ibadah). Benefit from weekly online meetings, a discussion space on WhatsApp, and access to video recordings and a social platform, enabling you to deeply understand and apply tafsir in your daily life.

  • Secret #3: Cultivate the Gift of Life (Amanah) and God-Consciousness through Tadabbur:

Engage in daily group reflections on the meanings of the Quran, giving yourself the opportunity for accelerated character development (Akhlaq) and the cultivation of Sunnah virtues, such as sabr (patience) and compassion towards yourself and others (rahma). Allow yourself to face life’s challenges with a stronger faith (Iman) and an increasingly resilient spirit (nafs), rooted in the peace of your inner truth (haq) through mindful nurturing of relationships with others and yourself. poprzez uważne kształtowanie relacji z ludźmi i sobą samym.

Does it sound like you?

Do you feel lost among Muslims?

Are you tired of the constant debates over fatwas and the mutual insults in Muslim community? Perhaps you’ve had enough of spending time on social media platforms full of religiously shaming Muslims, where negativity prevails over support. Have you lost hope of finding kindred spirits—Muslims who treat each other with respect and learn from one another in a spirit of sincerity, understanding, respect, and without gossiping?

Do you feel embarrassed at times about your own level of faith?

Are you wondering where you might have gone wrong on your journey of learning about Islam and practicing it, as you no longer feel the same strength and determination in your ibadah? Do you feel it’s easier to go it alone, without the support of the ummah and, because you’re afraid they might hinder your vision and practice of Islam? At the same time, do you feel sadness that you have no one to share your inner psycho-spiritual struggles with, and have no soul mate to confide in?

Are you tired with the same repetitive lectures and text books about your religion?

Do you feel that you’ve reached a level of knowledge where you’re repeating the same hadith quotes, Quran translations, and points about Islam, yet you don’t see how this could improve your life or resolve your struggles in relationships—with others, yourself, and God? Do you feel that something is missing, a connection between these two areas, as if there’s a path to bring the Quran to life and make it a true part of your personal experience?
